Protection and maintenance of labeling machine equipment

1. Installation and application environment of automatic labeling machine equipment: it is required to be room temperature, which is not easy to be used in high-temperature, humid and acid-base environment, so as not to affect the service life, power and accuracy of the equipment.

2. Keep clean: after use, the mechanism of the equipment, such as collision drum and electrical box, shall be sorted out. Alcohol or commercial neutral cleaning solution can be used for cleaning and protection.

3. Cleaning requirements and precautions.

Do not use cleaning tools that damage the appearance of the machine.

Do not use corrosive plastic appliances.

Do not use acidic solution.

4. Regular inspection and protection: the machine shall be inspected periodically to protect the normal operation of the machine, including but not limited to the following aspects:

Clean up waste paper and debris.

Remove oil residue from drum and edge.

Clean the sensor lens with a soft brush or cloth.

Replace the fuse regularly. The equipment uses AC power supply. Fuse should be used to prevent overload.

Antirust: spray various stainless steel and iron parts with antirust oil, gently wipe them with a soft cloth, and advocate the use of om40 antirust oil.
