Firstly, the PLC controls the communication motor movement, transmits the membrane of each station to the feeding channel, each reclaiming channel moves up and down driven by the cylinder, absorbs various membranes by the vacuum, and each servo motor controlled by the PLC accurately moves to the specified film placement direction according to the preset pulse number, places the membrane in the specified direction, and uses the stepping motor to drive the organization to complete the accurate positioning of the membrane, Then, the reclaiming and discharging are completed by the reclaiming channel. At the discharging port, the rubber frame is placed on each station of the turntable channel in sequence. The DD motor controlled by PLC rotates accurately 45 degrees in sequence according to the preset pulse number. After each station on the turntable is transferred to the designated film station, the reclaiming channel is down and all kinds of films are placed in the rubber frame, and then the blanking channel is driven by the air cylinder to absorb the laminated rubber frame, Put the rubber frame on the conveyor belt, and the communication motor controlled by PLC drives the conveyor belt to transfer the mold. In the whole process of stacking various films, various sensor signals and control signals for safety interlock are collected through the transmission inlet to make the operation of the whole machine more safe and reliable. During the operation, the touch screen displays operation and error information in real time to prompt correct operation.
